RECOVERY is a spicy way to feel great after working out. Curcumin can reduce delayed-onset muscle soreness, the kind that happens when we train enough to build new muscle.*  Curcumin works similarly to common pain medications like aspirin (it blocks a protein called COX-2 that signals pain and inflammation).*  Curcumin can also be very good for the belly.* Dried saffron helps prevent muscle soreness from strenuous exercise.*  It may work by reducing levels of creatine kinase and lactate dehydrogenase, which are markers of inflammation.*

SUGGESTED USE: As a dietary supplement, take two (2) capsules as needed, at night after training with 8oz. of water, with or without food, or as directed by your healthcare professional.
